You sign a contractor agreement (Werkvertrag) with the Latvian company RIX Freight, SIA (reg. 4003996558). Clean work, clean money — you can freely show your statements to the tax office.

We transport personal purchases from Amazon, Zalando, OTTO and regular mail (banks, contracts, tax office). No goods for resale, weapons, medicines, gray schemes. What you accept — you always see.

Is this safe? Won't I get scammed?
The company has been around since 2014, 22 parcel agents in the team, a legal SIA in Latvia. Before starting we sign a contract — you always know who owes who what. Payouts are automated and arrive every Friday, with no delays in 10 years.
What do I do with letters? Also photograph?
Letters are simpler: take them from the mailbox, scan both sides of the envelope + contents (if you open at our request), send to the Telegram bot. The bot recognizes sender and topic. €5 per letter. Most clients receive 1—3 letters per week.
What if a parcel gets lost or damaged at my place?
Parcel agent responsibility ends at the moment of acceptance from the courier. After that the parcel is under our insurance. If something happens not by your fault — we handle it ourselves. Proof of acceptance — your photo check.
What about taxes? Won't I be counted as an "employer"?
Contractor agreement with a Latvian SIA — this is a Werkvertrag, a classical international scheme. Minimum thresholds at €520/month — below Kleinunternehmer-Grenze. For larger sums we provide a Steuererklärung template. On request, we'll introduce you to a Steuerberater.
How many hours really per day?
20—30 minutes with average load (10—15 parcels and 3—5 letters per week) — absolutely realistic. Confirmed by 22 people who've been with us 1—10 years. No "9 to 5", no manager breathing down your neck. Take as much as feels comfortable.
What if I go on vacation for 3 weeks?
Just write in Telegram "I'm out from X to Y" — and we temporarily deactivate your address from the parcel and letter flow. You come back — we activate again. No sanctions, no "firing".
I've lived in Germany less than 6 months — does that work?
We consider candidates who have lived in Germany for at least 6 months — needed for reliable parcel reception and signing the contract with a local address. If you've only just arrived — message us in 2—3 months and we'll pick up the conversation then.
